Më datë 26.06.2024, drejtori i përgjithshëm i Policisë së Kosovës Kolonel Gazmend HOXHA, së bashku me Zëvendësdrejtorin e përgjithshëm z. Fehmi HOTI dhe Atasheun Kimberly Riffe, DOJ-ICITAP pranë Ambasadës Amerikane vizituan veriun e vendit, gjegjësisht njësitet policore të Policisë Kufitare dhe ata të Rendit Publik në Jarinje, Leposaviq, Bërnjak dhe në Banjskë ku me 24 Shtator 2023 u vra Rreshteri Afrim Bunjaku.
Drejtori HOXHA bisedoi me zyrtaret policor të cilët ishin në kryerje të detyrave, duke u interesuar për gjendjen e përgjithshme, sfidat, vështirësitë dhe realizimin e detyrave dhe aktiviteteve policore në atë pjesë të vendit. Ndër të tjera, në takimet me zyrtarët policorë, drejtori i përgëzoi ata për punën e angazhimin në kryerje të detyrave duke ofruar siguri për të gjithë pa dallime etnike dhe sundim të rendit e ligjit. Po ashtu, delegacioni nga Prishtina, u prit edhe nga zëvendësdrejtori i Drejtorisë Rajonale Policore Mitrovicë Veri z. Veton ELSHANI, i cili njoftoj eprorët e PK-së rreth gjendjes së përgjithshme të sigurisë në veri të vendit.
Drejtori i Përgjithshëm i Policisë me bashkëpunëtor vizitoi dhe vuri kurorë me lule, në vendin e rënies së heroit të Kosovës Enver ZYMBERIT.

visits police officials in the north of the country

On 26.06.2024, the General Director of the Kosovo Police, Colonel Gazmend HOXHA, together with the Deputy General Director Mr. Fehmi HOTI, DOJ-ICITAP Attaché Kimberly Riffe, of the American Embassy, visited the north of the country, respectively the Border Police units and of Public Order in Jarinje, Leposavic, Bërnjak, and Banjska where Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed on September 24, 2023.
Director HOXHA talked to the police officers who were performing their duties, and inquired on the general situation, challenges, difficulties and the realization of police duties and activities in that part of the country. Among other things, in his meetings with police officials, the Director congratulated the officers for their work and commitment in performing their duties, providing security for everyone without distinction and maintaining the rule of law. Likewise, the delegation from Prishtina was also received by the Deputy Director of the Regional Police Directorate Mitrovica North, Mr. Veton Elshani, who informed the KP superiors about the overall security situation in the north of the country.
The Director and the delegation visited and laid a wreath of flowers at the place where the hero of Kosovo, Enver ZYMBER, fell.
Generalni Direktor PK-a, pukovnik Gazmend HOXHA, posetio je policijske službenike na severu zemlje

Dana 26.06.2024, generalni direktor Policije Kosova pukovnik Gazmend HOXHA, zajedno sa zamen. generalnim direktorom g. Fehmi HOTI, DOJ-ICITAP atašeom Kimberly RIFFE, posetili su sever zemlje, odnosno policijske jedinice Granične Policije i policijske jedinice javnog reda na Jarinju, Leposaviću, Brnjaku i u Banjskoj gde je dana 24 Septembra 2024 ubijen vodnik Afrim Bunjaku.Direktor g. Hoxha je razgovarao sa policijskim službenicima koji su obavljali svoje dužnosti, interesujući se za opštu situaciju, izazove, poteškoće i realizaciju policijskih dužnosti i aktivnosti u tom delu zemlje. Između ostalog, na sastancima sa policijskim službenicima, direktor im je čestitao na trudu i zalaganju u obavljanju dužnosti, pružanju bezbednosti za sve bez razlike i vladavinu zakona i reda.
Takođe, delegaciju Prištine je dočekao zamen. direktor Regionalne Direkcije Policije Mitrovica Sever, g. ELSHANI, koji je obavestio pretpostavljene PK-a o opštoj bezbednosnoj situaciji na severu zemlje.
Direktor je sa saradnicima obišao i položio venac na mestu gde je stradao heroj Kosova Enver ZYMBERI.
