Për kë është i përshtatshëm rendi i ri botëror ?

Çelësi për hapjen e derës drejt një kapitulli të ri global paqësor dhe afatgjatë, mbahet nga fuqitë e mëdha të botës, veçanërisht nga SHBA, Rusia dhe Kina.

Shumë njerëz gabimisht e interpretojnë luftën në Ukrainë si provë se diktatori Putin e shihte politikën e zgjerimit të NATO-s si një kërcënim për Rusinë.

Jo, Putini nuk kishte frikë nga zgjerimi i NATO-s, por nga demokratizimi i Ukrainës, i cili mund të transferohej dhe përhapej në Rusi nëpërmjet rusëve që jetojnë atje dhe të kërcënonte pushtetin e tij absolut.

Kështu, menjëherë pas revolucionit të Maidanit, ai mori të gjitha masat për të ndarë territoret e rusëve që jetonin në Ukrainë dhe për t’i futur ato nën çatinë e shtetit rus.

Por edhe kjo nuk mjaftoi për të – ai donte të pushtonte të gjithë Ukrainën.

Nga ana tjetër, në pamundësi për të dëmtuar drejtpërdrejt Perëndimin, ai bëri gjithçka për të nisur një luftë kibernetike hibride kundër SHBA-së, e cila rezultoi në ardhjen e Trump në pushtet.

Trump më pas bëri gjithçka tjetër për të dhe historia njerëzore vazhdon të ecë në një të ardhme të pasigurt.

Putin e kuptoi se ai mund t’i bënte vendet më të fuqishme evropiane edhe më të varura nga Rusia nëse do ta dobësonte SHBA-në duke vendosur dikë në pushtet atje, i cili do të ndante shoqërinë amerikane në mënyrë të papajtueshme.

Por as kjo nuk i mjaftoi – njeriu që do të vinte në pushtet në SHBA me ndihmën e tij duhet të ndante Uashingtonin dhe Brukselin deri në pamundësi për pajtim të shpejtë.

Dhe ndërsa Putini e kapërcen izolimin e tij ekonomik të vendosur nga Perëndimi me ndihmën e Kinës dhe mungesën e armëve me ndihmën e Koresë së Veriut, Iranit dhe Indisë, Trump e sheh Kinën si kërcënimin kryesor për primatin ekonomik të SHBA-së, kështu që ai është i interesuar për pajtimin me Rusinë dhe për krijimin e një pakti të përbashkët me të kundër Kinës.

Prandaj shtetet e Evropës Perëndimore në përgjithësi dhe Kosova në veçanti duhet të mësohen me një SHBA të paparashikueshme, e cila gjithnjë e më shumë po distancohet nga politika dhe diplomacia e saj tradicionale.

Uroj që edhe qeveria jonë t’i kishte informacionet që kam unë dhe të mund të zhvillonte një taktikë dhe strategji veprimi shumë më efikase, sepse Putin dhe Trump janë të interesuar për krijimin e një rendi të ri botëror, që do ta kthente botën në kohën e para luftës së dytë botërore kur socializmi dhe nacionalsocializmi u gatuan nga kuzhina e njëjtë ideologjike.

Dhe për kë është i përshtatshëm rendi i ri botëror?

Nëse do të ishte më i drejtë dhe më i barabartë, atëherë sigurisht që do t’i favorizonte njerëzit nga kombet e dobëta, të vogla, të shtypura, të diskriminuara dhe të pabarabarta që jetojnë në shtete të dobëta.

Mirëpo unë druaj se do të jetë në përpjesëtim të drejtë me fuqinë e popujve dhe shteteve, duke marrë parasysh se kush po e udhëheqë Rusinë sot dhe kush do t’i udhëheqë Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës nesër.

Prandaj është pothuajse e sigurt se individët nga kombet e vogla jo vetëm që do të zhvlerësohen, shtypen dhe diskriminohen politikisht, ekonomikisht dhe ushtarakisht, por edhe shtetet e tyre të dobëta do të gjymtohen territorialisht.

Si mundemi ne shqiptarët të lidhim, kombinojmë dhe bashkërendojmë interesat tona të mbijetesës me interesat gjeopolitike, gjeostrategjike, ekonomike dhe ushtarake të fuqive të mëdha?

Ne duhet t’ua bëjmë aleatëve tanë ekzistues të qartë me kokëfortësi, vendosmëri dhe paturpësi, se ata mund të llogarisin në besnikërinë tonë vetëm nëse na japin të njëjtin status që gëzon kombi dhe shteti serb.

Përndryshe, në këtë kohë kur dinjiteti njerëzor dhe vlerat shpirtërore e materiale të individëve, kombeve dhe shteteve ofrohen si mall për shitje në pazar, ne do të jemi të detyruar të veprojmë si tregtarë, shitës e blerës të mençur dhe të negociojmë me të gjitha superfuqitë.

Apo edhe me saktë ne do të jemi të detyruar t’i japim favorin dhe besnikërinë tonë vetëm superfuqisë që e vlerëson më së shumti dinjitetin tonë njerëzor dhe vlerat tona shpirtërore dhe që i blen më së shtrenjti të mirat tona materiale.

Pse e them këtë hapur, me guxim dhe pa hezitim apo turp?

Sepse ne jetojmë në një kohë në të cilën të gjitha vlerat dhe arritjet e provuara vihen sërish në provë dhe respektohen vetëm interesat e të fortëve.

Të flasësh për drejtësinë dhe barazinë e individëve, kombeve dhe shteteve në këtë kohë është si të ngushëllohesh me iluzionin e ekzistencës së Babadimrit, i cili na sjell dhurata të reja të dyfishta nga Uashingtoni dhe Brukseli sa herë që drejtuesit e këtyre dy kryeqendrave botërore kërkojnë t’ia plotësojmë një dëshirë Serbisë.

Paraardhësit e Albin Kurtit na kanë gënjyer vazhdimisht se kemi marrëdhënie të shkëlqyera me Uashingtonin dhe Brukselin, për t’u paraqitur para nesh si politikanë të mençur, vizionarë dhe burrështetas.

Mirëpo realiteti e ka vërtetuar gjatë gjithë kohës se nuk është ashtu.

Përndryshe nuk do të na kishin izoluar aq gjatë në karantinën dhe laboratorin më të madh politiko-mjekësor të Evropës, sikur të ishim të infektuar nga ebola, zgjeba, malaria, sifilizi, kolera dhe hepatiti B.

Unë jam shumë i shqetësuar për varësinë e Gjermanisë nga gazi rus dhe litiumi serb.

Por varësia tjetër e Gjermanisë më shqetëson edhe më shumë:

Varësia e saj nga politika franceze, e cila është skizofrene dhe ambivalente ndaj Kosovës për shkak të afërsisë tradicionale me Serbinë dhe Rusinë.

Shpresoj që Donald Trump t’i kthehet politikës tradicionale republikane, përndryshe botën shqiptare e presin ditë të vështira.

Nëse qeveritë tona të pasluftës do t’i kishin përmbushur në mënyrë korrekte dhe me përkushtim të plotë detyrat e tyre shtëpiake në politikën e brendshme dhe të jashtme, marrëdhëniet tona me partnerët më të rëndësishëm në botë do të ishin forcuar aq shumë, saqë sot nuk do të kishim fare nevojë për t’u shqetësuar.

Por ato ia lejuan vetes të gjitha mëkatet dhe gabimet fatale që mund t’i bënin, duke e vënë qeverinë aktuale në një pozicion jashtëzakonisht të vështirë negociator.

Sepse ato u dhanë shumë arsye partnerëve tanë të Evropës Perëndimore dhe Amerikës së Veriut që të mos na marrin seriozisht dhe ta lejojnë kriminelin e luftës Vuçiq të bëjë çfarë të dojë me ne.

Viele interpretieren den Krieg in der Ukraine fälschlicherweise als Beweis dafür, dass Diktator Putin die NATO-Erweiterungspolitik als Bedrohung für Russland ansah.

Nein, Putin hatte keine Angst vor der NATO-Erweiterung, sondern vor der Demokratisierung der Ukraine, die durch die dort lebenden Russen nach Russland übertragen und ausgebreitet werden könnte und seine absolute Macht bedrohen könnte.

So ergriff er unmittelbar nach der Maidan-Revolution alle Maßnahmen, um die Gebiete der in der Ukraine lebenden Russen aufzuteilen und sie unter das Dach des russischen Staates zu bringen.

Aber auch das reichte ihm nicht – er wollte die gesamte Ukraine erobern.

Andererseits war er nicht in der Lage, dem Westen direkten Schaden zuzufügen, und tat alles, um einen hybriden Cyberkrieg gegen die USA zu starten, der zu Trumps Aufstieg an die Macht führte.

Trump hat dann alles andere für ihn getan und die Menschheitsgeschichte marschiert weiter in eine ungewisse Zukunft.

Putin erkannte, dass er die mächtigsten europäischen Länder noch abhängiger von Russland machen könnte, nur wenn er die USA schwächte, indem er dort jemanden an die Macht brachte, der die amerikanische Gesellschaft unversöhnlich spalten würde.

Aber selbst das reichte ihm nicht – der Mann, der mit seiner Hilfe in den USA an die Macht kommen würde, sollte Washington und Brüssel so spalten, dass eine schnelle Versöhnung unmöglich wird.

Und während Putin seine vom Westen verordnete wirtschaftliche Isolation mit Hilfe Chinas und den Waffenmangel mit Hilfe Nordkoreas, Irans und Indiens überwindet, sieht Trump China als größte Bedrohung für die wirtschaftliche Vormachtstellung der USA und ist daher an einer Versöhnung mit Russland interessiert und der Abschluss eines gemeinsamen Pakts mit ihr gegen China.

Deshalb müssen sich die Länder Westeuropas im Allgemeinen und Kosovo im Besonderen an die unberechenbaren USA gewöhnen, die sich zunehmend von ihrer traditionellen Politik und Diplomatie distanzieren.

Ich wünschte, unsere Regierung hätte die Informationen, die ich habe, und könnte eine viel effizientere Strategie und Taktik entwickeln, denn Putin und Trump sind daran interessiert, eine neue Weltordnung zu schaffen, die die Welt in die Zeit vor dem Zweiten Weltkrieg zurückversetzen würde, als Sozialismus und Nationalsozialismus, aus der gleichen ideologischen Küche gekocht wurden.

Und für wen ist die neue Weltordnung geeignet?

Wenn es gerechter und gleichberechtigter wäre, dann würde es sicherlich Menschen aus schwachen, kleinen, unterdrückten, diskriminierten und ungleichen Nationen begünstigen, die in schwachen Staaten leben.

Aber ich befürchte, dass es in direktem Verhältnis zur Macht der Völker und Staaten stehen wird, wenn man bedenkt, wer heute Russland und wer morgen die Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika führen wird.

Es ist daher fast sicher, dass Einzelpersonen aus kleinen Nationen nicht nur politisch, wirtschaftlich und militärisch abgewertet, unterdrückt und diskriminiert werden, sondern dass auch ihre schwachen Staaten territorial verkrüppelt werden.

Wie können wir Albaner unsere Überlebensinteressen mit den geopolitischen, geostrategischen, wirtschaftlichen und militärischen Interessen der Großmächte verbinden, kombinieren und koordinieren?

Wir müssen unseren bestehenden Verbündeten mit Sturheit, Entschlossenheit und Schamlosigkeit klar machen, dass sie nur dann auf unsere Loyalität zählen können, wenn sie uns den gleichen Status gewähren, den die serbische Nation und der serbische Staat genießen.

Andernfalls werden wir in dieser Zeit, in der die Menschenwürde sowie die spirituellen und materiellen Werte von Einzelpersonen, Nationen und Staaten als Ware zum Verkauf auf dem Basar angeboten werden, gezwungen sein, als kluge Händler, Verkäufer und Käufer zu agieren und mit alle Supermächten verhandeln.

Oder genauer gesagt, wir werden gezwungen sein, unsere Gunst und Treue nur der Supermacht zu erweisen, die unsere Menschenwürde und unsere spirituellen Werte am meisten schätzt und die unsere materiellen Güter am teuersten kauft.

Warum sage ich das offen, mutig, ohne zu zögern und ohne mich zu schämen ?

Denn wir leben in einer Zeit, in der alle bewährten Werte und Errungenschaften erneut auf den Prüfstand gestellt werden und nur die Interessen der Stärkeren respektiert werden.

In dieser Zeit über die Gerechtigkeit und Gleichheit von Einzelpersonen, Nationen und Staaten zu sprechen, ist, als würde man sich in der Illusion der Existenz des Weihnachtsmanns trösten, der uns neue doppelte Geschenke aus Washington und Brüssel bringt, wann immer die Führer dieser beiden Welthauptstädte es wünschen das wir den serbischen Staat einen Wunsch erfüllen.

Albin Kurtis Vorgänger haben uns immer wieder vorgelogen, dass wir ausgezeichnete Beziehungen zu Washington und Brüssel hätten, um vor uns als weise Politiker, Visionäre und Staatsmänner zu erscheinen.

Die Realität hat jedoch stets bewiesen, dass dem nicht so ist.

Sonst hätten sie uns nicht so lange in Quarantäne isoliertn und in Europas größtes medizinisches Labor, als wären wir mit Ebola, Krätze, Malaria, Syphilis, Cholera und Hepatitis B infiziert.

Ich bin sehr besorgt über die Abhängigkeit Deutschlands von russischem Gas und serbischem Lithium.

Aber die andere Abhängigkeit Deutschlands macht mir noch mehr Sorgen:

Seine Abhängigkeit von der französischen Politik, die aufgrund seiner traditionellen Nähe zu Serbien und Russland gegenüber dem Kosovo schizophren und ambivalent ist.

Ich hoffe, dass Donald Trump zur traditionellen republikanischen Politik zurückkehrt, sonst stehen der albanischen Welt schwierige Tage bevor.

Hätten unsere Nachkriegsregierungen ihre innen- und außenpolitischen Pflichten korrekt und mit vollem Engagement erfüllt, wären unsere Beziehungen zu den wichtigsten Partnern der Welt so stark gestärkt worden, dass wir uns heute überhaupt keine Sorgen mehr machen müssten.

Aber sie erlaubten sich alle möglichen Sünden und fatalen Fehler und brachten die derzeitige Regierung in eine äußerst schwierige Verhandlungsposition.

Denn sie lieferten unseren westeuropäischen und nordamerikanischen Partnern viele Gründe, uns nicht ernst zu nehmen und dem Kriegsverbrecher Vucic zu erlauben, mit uns zu machen, was er will.

The key to opening the door to a new, long-term and peaceful global chapter lies with the world’s major powers, particularly the United States, Russia and China.

Many mistakenly interpret the war in Ukraine as evidence that dictator Putin viewed NATO expansion policies as a threat to Russia.

No, Putin was not afraid of NATO expansion, but of the democratization of Ukraine, which could be transferred and spread to Russia by the Russians living there and threaten his absolute power.

So, immediately after the Maidan Revolution, he took all measures to divide the territories of Russians living in Ukraine and bring them under the umbrella of the Russian state.

But that wasn’t enough for him either – he wanted to conquer the entire Ukraine. On the other hand, he was unable to cause direct harm to the West and did everything he could to launch a hybrid cyberwar against the US, which led to Trump’s rise to power.

Trump then did everything else for him and human history marches on into an uncertain future.

Putin realized that he could make the most powerful European countries even more dependent on Russia just by weakening the United States by bringing to power there someone who would irreconcilably divide American society.

But even that wasn’t enough for him – the man who would come to power in the USA with his help would divide Washington and Brussels so much that quick reconciliation would become impossible.

And while Putin is overcoming his economic isolation imposed by the West with the help of China and the lack of weapons with the help of North Korea, Iran and India, Trump sees China as the greatest threat to the economic supremacy of the USA and is therefore interested in reconciliation with Russia and the conclusion of a joint one pact with her against China.

Therefore, the countries of Western Europe in general and Kosovo in particular must get used to the unpredictable USA, which is increasingly distancing itself from its traditional politics and diplomacy. I wish our government had the information I have and could develop a much more efficient strategy and tactics, because Putin and Trump are interested in creating a new world order that would return the world to the time before World War II, when socialism and National Socialism were cooked from the same ideological kitchen. And who is the new world order suitable for?

If it were fairer and more equal, then it would certainly favor people from weak, small, oppressed, discriminated and unequal nations living in weak states.

But I fear that it will be in direct proportion to the power of peoples and states, considering who will lead Russia today and who will lead the United States of America tomorrow. It is therefore almost certain that individuals from small nations will not only be politically, economically and militarily devalued, oppressed and discriminated against, but that their weak states will also be territorially crippled. How can we Albanians connect, combine and combine our survival interests with the geopolitical, geostrategic, economic and military interests of the great powerscoordinate?

We must make it clear to our existing allies with stubbornness, determination and shamelessness that they can only count on our loyalty if they grant us the same status that the Serbian nation and state enjoy.

Otherwise, at this time when human dignity and the spiritual and material values ​​of individuals, nations and states are offered as commodities for sale in the bazaar, we will be forced to act as wise traders, sellers and buyers and negotiate with all superpowers .

Or more precisely, we will be forced to show our favor and allegiance only to the superpower that most values ​​our human dignity and our spiritual values ​​and that purchases our material goods most dearly.

Why do I say this openly, courageously, without hesitation and without being ashamed?

Because we live in a time in which all proven values ​​and achievements are being put to the test again and only the interests of the strongest are respected. Talking about the justice and equality of individuals, nations and states at this time is like taking comfort in the illusion of the existence of Santa Claus, who brings us new double gifts from Washington and Brussels whenever the leaders of these two world capitals We would like the Serbian state to fulfill a wish.

Albin Kurti’s predecessors repeatedly lied to us that we had excellent relations with Washington and Brussels in order to appear to us as wise politicians, visionaries and statesmen.

However, reality has always proven that this is not the case. Otherwise they wouldn’t have isolated us in quarantine for so long and sent us to Europe’s largest medical laboratory as if we were infected with Ebola, scabies, malaria, syphilis, cholera and hepatitis B.

I am very concerned about Germany’s dependence on Russian gas and Serbian lithium.

But Germany’s other dependencies worry me even more: Its dependence on French politics, which is schizophrenic and ambivalent towards Kosovo due to its traditional proximity to Serbia and Russia. I hope that Donald Trump returns to traditional Republican politics, otherwise the Albanian world will face difficult days. If our post-war governments had fulfilled their domestic and foreign policy duties correctly and with full commitment, our relations with the world’s most important partners would have been strengthened to such an extent that today we no longer have to worry at all.

But they allowed themselves all sorts of sins and fatal mistakes and put the current government in an extremely difficult negotiating position. Because they gave our Western European and North American partners many reasons not to take us seriously and to allow the war criminal Vucic to do whatever he wants with us.
